Our “100% Buyer Protection Program” for service has below mentioned refund & Cancellation policy:
• Any cancellation made within two hours of payment.
• No refund shall be made for incorrect data provided by the customer. However one can send correct information within two hours of order.
• Once the report is delivered to the customer, no refund shall be made.
• In case of double payment made by mistake against the single order, one payment will be refunded.
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of paytm, payments refund will be made to the same account.
After a period of use of the service, if you found our services not usable and not beneficiary for you, for any reason, we don't have any returns and replacements policy.
